Dawn has practiced law in Hawaii for over 30 years. She has predominantly been involved in land acquisitions and sales, land use planning, entitlements, financing and site development.
Prior to working with the attorneys at Sullivan Meheula Lee, Dawn was general counsel and executive vice president at the Gentry companies for 20 years. During this time she oversaw the commercial and industrial properties division, including sales, leasing and property management of industrial and residential condominiums, shopping centers, marinas and vacant land.
In her free time Dawn enjoys travel, yoga, cooking and baking.
