Lynn has worked for over 25 years in a variety of real estate, land use and compliance areas, including property acquisition, title, financing, subdivision, condominium and resort development, and related corporate work.

 

Lynn started her law career in 1988 at a major Honolulu law firm and has been engaged in a broad range of real estate transactional, development and business matters over the course of her career. Representative transactions include working for firm clients such as the Republic of Nauru (Nauru Tower Condominium Development), Kamehameha Schools (Hawai‘i Kai Area Retail/Residential and Ka‘ūpūlehu Area Resort/Residential Developments), Brookfield Homes Hawai‘i, Inc. (Coconut Plantation at Kō ‘Olina Joint Venture for Construction), Keauhou Resort Development Corp. (Bayview Estates at Keauhou, Phase II, Subdivision Development), Continental Pacific, LLC (Pepe‘ekeo Point Subdivision Development) and KBS II, LLC (Kohala By The Sea, Phase II, Subdivision Development).

 

Prior to joining the firm, she worked for several years in Seattle at a large title and escrow company and has extensive knowledge of real property title and closings. She also served as a condominium specialist for the State of Hawaii and has handled real estate matters for one of Hawaii’s largest public utilities.

 

In her free time, Lynn is a student of Hawaiian language and enjoys translating old documents and newspaper articles. She is a past director of the Hawaii Island Humane Society and volunteer with Pūnana Leo o Waimea.
